Space and Peace

My PhD Thesis  To uphold outer space as “common heritage of mankind” and to have “peaceful exploration of the outer space”, it is necessary to have a comprehensive legal system encompassing all the related branches of law, so that human race can justify “the exploitation of outer space”; otherwise the future generation will curse the present generation and the predecessors for making their life horrible on earth. Hence, we don’t forget our responsibility to the future generation and as the proverb says, “Prevention is better than cure”.
